Continuity documentation should already be in place and just needing to be fine tuned during the last 2 weeks.

Nice way to eat others money and show profit.
There also needs to be a better checkout process to ensuee quality turnover documentation is created before an employee leaves and severance is granted.
Damn, just give them their money and let them go. Most are probably within a stone's throw of retirement anyway, so they aren't going somewhere else, they're jsut going to try to make it stretch to Medicare and SS age.
