The point of the vsp is they are supposed to be getting rid of people voluntarily without laying off. Backfilling defeats the purpose
We need to backfill some of the positions being vacated by the VSP.
They have been hiring temps this whole time. They still need the bodies they just need them to cost less. Sounds insane but well we should be used to things making no sense round here! Lol
