I was also let go (IC) from Kevin Lau’s T-Life team after putting my personal life on hold to launch the app last year, got PEAK nominations as well - recognition for my work. Just don’t know what is the criteria any more to be able keep your job at T-Mobile, performance surely is not one of them.

Meanwhile my Sr Director, got sent this week to Germany DT Exchange program. Check out the Linked In posts and pictures. What great timing - Sr Dirs/Dirs enjoying DT hospitality there after gutting out lowly ICs this week! Hope you are sleeping well Kevin and Senthil. Enjoy the fine wine!

@by Toxic culture was carried from FIS with Jeff, Aravind and their team from old company. Now they all will enjoy at Hawaii for PEAK celebrations. heartless people. Why Mike Katz is still acting as a puppy. Does he have a say at the board now or just surviving. They should focus on generating new sources of revenue, cutting people has a limit. Srini , have some morals dude. I am taking some break and will come again with a better package through Accenture, they are always highly paid and well respected as all Leaders gets their share through them.

@by lesson learnt..train others so well so that the can replace you. Boycott GCC folks, share just to keep your job, make them suffer and let them learn on their own, ours decade of knowledge is gold. We had to train them to get replaced. Keep some knowledge always. Give them hard time!! AI can’t replace knowledge workers. All big companies will come back to normal. Keep faith in GOD.

@a2 No surprises here. T-Mobile USA has always been a deeply Indian company. The notion that you need Americans coders to develop an application for Americans is a very antiquated concept. GCCs are the future of enterprise software development.

@a6 they need money to pay 5 star hotel bills and business classes tickets for the Hyd GCC management. That VP and Sr Director flys every week from their place to Hyd location and stays at a luxury hotel. Jeff needs money to fund their vacations every week.

@a2 I’m sure most of the people being laid off today will be replace with people in India. I’m sure once they get it up and going the rest of us in the US will be gone.

T-Life is such a success, they're laying off the US team and sending ongoing development and operations to TMO Hyderabad. Good luck with any ongoing upgrades to T-Death.
