nothing is happening as of now, normal additions / removals on Slack, no extra spikes

I am tracking Slack daily, there was a small bump in layoffs today, but it looks like regular monthly thing, not actual large layoff start.

They will inform us in April that org changes are coming.
RIFs n Reorg will happen in May.

When are meetings for layoffs typically scheduled? Day of or day before?
Who really knows. Meanwhile employees are instructed to update their talent profile and concentrate on finding cost savings.
