@a4 same could be said for EVERY department there. Scores are high for show but then not good enough to give you a decent raise. Funny how their math changes depending on the audience and situation. All one big crock of 💩
Based on the scores they are reporting, I need to work in another area of MetLife. Claims is dumpster fire that has been circling the drain and there is no way in he-l these score reflect what is going on there.
