Do we still get that rsu that was supposed to vest in March?

You get a prorated amount for the ones vesting this year and lose the remaining balance for the next 2 years. Go in fidelity it outlines in the plan documents. So if you have 30k you will probably get 9,500 paid out shortly after severance.
You get the RSU's that vested (2024/25), not 2026 because you will be off payroll before they vest.
