I was expecting to start hearing something by now, leaders or even people on here posting some news. It doesn’t seem like anything is being announced today. I thought down to band 6 was happening today?

The company pays a minimum of 4 weeks severance and gives you 30 days notice (note this is not for states with longer notice periods than the federal). Equals 60 days. If you are in a state that requires more than 60 days notice, your offpayroll date would be in 2026.
Instead of just worrying and speculating about it 1) wait to see if you are impacted and 2) your off payroll date will be in your severance documentation.
@b6 not BS. Those in the past with 60 days were in states that required that. NJ used to be 60 days and is now 90

Sr.Dr and above are being notified today. For the rest, Supervisors get the list on Wednesday afternoon, and advised to WFH and call the impacted on Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. They are getting a prewritten template to read and answers to respond. The last day is 10 Dec 2025.

@a7 International has always been handled differently as there are different labor laws by country. Their off payroll dates will differ as well.
