Really sheds a light on how unserious our leadership team has been for the past 5+ years, it's too bad he's going to fire my a-s because this is the first time I've actually heard someone at that level make any sense whatsoever

BS - Where was this leadership when he was on the Board approving every d-mb move by Hans and Company? The job of the BOD is to look out for the shareholders. Did he really do his job as the stock was taking over Hans' tenure? Did they renew Hans' contract as TMO was running laps around us? Don't forget Dan is part of the reason we're in drastic action mode. He doesn't get a pass from me.
Ideas only work if you have meritocracy and people that execute. Last 4 Directors were DEI hires and completely lost now that Company moved from powerpoint to slides
Dan made some bold declarations and spoke pretty plainly about some poor decisions. The questionable part is what his solutions are going to be. He said he's going to cut a bunch of costs and then reinvest those savings into something that will grow share.
It's hard to imagine Dan.. who's been on the board watching/directing the events over the past years.. or the senior leaders.. some of which have been around many years or at least several years.. would have ideas to fix and know how to correctly execute them to cut the right things and invest in the right things. Lmfao this proves u was getting paid and did Nothing like the other YES her/him/it/meow/woof in management but felt guilty and will get justification by getting laid off so now your conscience is clear! That’s a plus the company never acknowledges the REAL workers the outside guys/gals working during the pandemic/weather related storms etc hopefully it will save them from the” to many cooks in the pot” hiring practices
Honestly. I think he is going to actually LEAD the company, vs. just talk at people.
