I just lost my job with CenterWell Home Health. Just went through this with Optum in January. Auth Dept hit, I'm in Billing/AR and they wiped us out basically. Blindsided. Supervisors, managers had no clue, left in the dark. Oh, that's because they kicked them out the door as well. Good luck offshoring work. They all do such a great job....NOT.

Layoffs are still continuing at centerwell pharmacy throughout multiple departments. I was in the doctor call department and Monday afternoon I was "terminated" . No notice , no clue. I am a working single mom and have no idea what I'm going to do now. I was told the company was going a different direction. In mid September they did announce their AI application would begin. Fantastic it's the freaking matrix.. smh 🙄
@g9 Not sure but was told all RIFs are done in finance for now. We all know that it is only a matter of time before more. Also told 8% of finance jobs are outsourced and that is “below” the average.
@a2 Yes, I work for CenterWell Home Health in Billing A/R, UHC team, all riffed so new offshore company, PacGen can start working our US jobs. Tuesday we received an early morning MANDATORY Team Mtg. I know what that meant, I was riffed in January from Optum for same baloney. This imcluded all the Managers, Supervisors and us regular peeps. This was a complete shock to all. Even my manager and supervisor had no clue this was going down. Very sad that it's more important to take jobs from Anericans so American Corps can rake in mega profit. Good luck offshoring.

Did you attend a meeting today with this information? I have heard that several people that work UHC for Centerwell were informed of layoff earlier today. How many people did this affect and when do they leave? Are you in this group?
She works at CenterWell.
My Wife just called to inform me that her team will be laid off in two months. No one knew it was coming. It is sad and disappointing.
