So we rolled out these AI tools last week. You know who you are. They are a complete disaster. The tools provide minimal value and very tedious to use. They actually make our work much more difficult, all to improve “quality”. This is going to lead to a backlog of work. What is the play here? Create a disaster on purpose so some higher-up finally gets that AI ain’t all it’s cracked up to be?

Higher ups have invested too much in AI both on the citi side and client side to admit failure. If AI isnt producing the results, the blame will be placed on the users for not adopting quickly enough. Its either them or you on the cutting block, and unfortunately you are expendable
I used their stylus for a simple comparison of two texts, it failed miserably. I had another one where it just made up items when told to list the items from a text. I cannot trust it and have stopped using it.
God I just can’t anymore why have they made it so miserable here holy fu-k this is absolute torture fu-k AI fu-k these damn people this damn company this is disgustingggggg
I think in Management's eyes, it's not that AI is hitting in your way, it's that you're getting in AI's way.
@a5 what is that???
Be more specific. Was it project Luna?
@a3 what does this even mean
Citi AI, I got great answers on legal matters that Legal/Compliance gave me wishy-washy non-answers on. CoPilot is great!
@OP higher ups literally do. Not. Care. How we feel about the AI tools. Pace is down? They don’t care. They are sticking to production requirements. We are training the AI. there is more to all of this than we see on our little end. Do what you can in 8 hours! I don’t care if that means doing a quarter of the production you could do 2 weeks ago. If we all fail it’s better than if 2 people fail because others will do whatever possible to meet pace.
