Since managing committee doesn't seem to want to listen to employees, maybe some bad press would actually catch their attention a bit more. Not sure how many Minneapolis news stations aren't owned by a conglomerate that would bury the story though.

@ds no but a Minnesota based major bank sending a whole bunch of jobs to India sure is.
You not liking your job and doing nothing about it isn't newsworthy
@OP The bank has the Strib in their back pocket…. They only write glowing stories about USB… almost like USB is feeding them the stories and paying them to keep the paper afloat… no journalistic integrity at all… look back over the past 12 months and you find find anything negative… bunch of fluff pieces on the new CEO and how great earnings are, etc.
@a3 Global Capability Center. It is an offshore sweatshop to hire employees out there and pay them peanuts.
@a3 the big buildings in India the bank is setting up to house like 5k FTEs a piece. There are posts on it further back on this site before all the RTO chaos from the last 2 days
@a1 GCC?
Leak it to as many outlets as possible via their anonymous tip line. Not only in Twin cities but anywhere where the bank has a large presence
The star tribune would have a field day with the news of the GCCs.
