Just all a nothing burger.
3/31 y’all gonna find out.
@c0 shows how stoopid leadership is. Spelling out you need to adhere to a requirement is not a performance goal. That’s like saying you won’t se-----y harass anyone. It’s company policy that you adhere to hours of operations established by your line of business.
Charlie asked DF to spell out his strategy for risk in twon hall. He didn't have any juice. If Charlie is smart, he should boot him out and reorg .
Rumor was DF wanted to get rid of more folks at the beginning of the year for lack of 3 day compliance. Someone must have said, you have to actually make it a defined requirement so he added it to their goals and he will hold people accountable going forward. I imagine it will be like everything else - they like you, you will be fine. They don’t - goodbye.
If you don’t badge in 4 times a week, Iran will bo-b your house. D. Flowers will poison your pets. Chaos will ensue.
I think you mean that’s Risky Business
that's risky behavior
It’s a performance goal now so 100% it’s being leveraged to manage people out. Verbal warning, then written, and you’re out. That’s what was communicated to us by leadership.
@a8 I am assuming you would get a verbal , written and then termed.
If you have a legit reason I'd recommend getting an accommodation. It keeps you off the report
@a3 after a couple of warnings?
Well since they are obviously doing it to get rid of people its a safe bet they'll use a lack of compliance to, you know, get rid of people.
If you're lucky enough to be in bloated middle management, absolutely nothing, just like the last 2-3 years.
IM, bonus cut 20%, eventual firing.
Well, what happened when you couldn't meet 3 days?
DF will be all over that. Expect they will use to term for cause after a couple warnings
