anyone else’s Lexmark counterparts receive bonuses? when us Xerox folks found out morale dropped a lot… we didn’t get bonuses, just the Lexmark folks.

@h0 you're exactly right. My last 5 years were ridiculous. One stupid idea after another from the EC. Every meeting was filled with political double talk and a-s kissing.
@eg Bonuses will not keep "good performers". Challenging and meaningful work in support of clearly defined business plans and directions have way more retaining leverage, especially when they produce career advancement opportunities. The complete lack of this is why many have left and why those that remain continue to look for new opportunities outside of Xerox.
Of course providing bonuses to them while they do this is always appreciated.
The foolishness continues and never disappoints here. Always an excuse why it’s gonna work, and it never does.
any company facing the challenges that we are should stop paying commissions to Sales, they could easily live on their base pay.
@e7 Its not ridiculous; the bonuses that were paid was legacy payments but part of the merger deals and used to keep some of the leaders and good performers to stay instead of job hunt.
@a3 ridiculous comment. The only results that matter are the consolidated results. Just for you, legacy cash + LEX cash = total Xerox cash.
Well said. 👏👏👏
Xerox. Midas touch in Reverse.
Lexmark bonuses are paid out of Lexmark funds.. remember Lexmark is still a holding company and have separate accounts for payroll for the time being. But don't worry Xerox will take the entire ship down so it won't matter what bonuses your Lexmark counterparts received.
