It's been scary quiet regarding layoff impact in NYC. Anyone care to share any insight into the matter?

In NYC ICM, all non essential staff are being centralized in March. There's no rhyme or reason.... some terminated, others transfered without a conversation or notice.
I personally got an email saying my manager would change Monday. It was out of the blue via an automated message from workday. Haven't heard from my manager since January.
@OP That's the point. The beatings will continue until morale improves. All while Jane laughs.
many are stretch thin to fill in the blanks of missing people. Its basically endure and carry the roles of 2+ people. Take pto and sick days to rest, other than that, survive and hope you can keep going without crashing out. Dont take out your work problems into your personal life. With the amount of work stress and long hours, its easier said than done. After work, I have to take care of myself to keep myself alive and keep grinding the long hours so I can continue to get a paycheck in these uncertain times.
