We had 1400 calls in que everyday now today 8 minutes between calls!!! Go figure

My wife is so upset being forced to work under this stress and she says she’s at 10 minutes in between calls which is highly unusual AND she got the Dan email this morning. :(
@a3 you don’t take calls for customer service for fios our queue has been 1400 calls or better.. back to back to back to back svc level

NO call center has 1400 calls in queue, not even Social Security
Leadership rerouting calls to other call centers??? Could be part of reorg but hard to say…
