so who is being cut? is it reps, online channels, managers, assistant managers? under performing stores/reps? it’s all confusing

@a6 Vz has too many levels of management (Supv’s, Sr Dir, Mgr) all managing 1 out of many teams that do the same job. Most of these people have been with Vz 20+ years working in the same environment. How do they consider themselves as having grown? I worked there 15 years recently leaving and still have no clue what the acceptable verbiage used with a customer is acceptable according to every supervisor I had.
It is hitting all levels of every business group except for the unionized workers. Have heard of VPs, Sr directors, associate directors and band 7 and below all getting hit. And that’s just on the GNT side. They are closing over 200 stores so everybody on the retail side in all facets will be hit as well.
