Anyone who is familiar with the dunces unable to write more than a sentence for themselves recognise the telltale signs. Stuff like repeated use of "It's not X, it's Y". Explains why he says so much, yet there's so little substance.

Grow up or get out of the group. All bitter people that most likely fired in the past or water carriers in the new org. If you don’t like it simple just bloody leave and STOP moaning.

The entire thing sounded like an MLM pitch. Having a script to stay on task is expected to a point... but this was soo obviously scripted it was actually painful.
@a2 Using AI is what lowers morale, not pointing out that he did. It means he finds the people this is aimed at, you and me, to be so below him he can't even be bothered to write out his own thoughts.
