My bluetooth mouse is a POS on the HMP floors. What is going on? How do I fix it. I'm trying not to spend hours with the "Helpdesk".

@OP I bought my own, its red, when I leave each day, I take it with me. Because it magically runs away once a month.
You are just not working hard enough spending all your time complaining about bandwidth. Go outside. Get fresh air and enjoy the Houston humidity. Your computer will thank you for it.
