My manager told me 20% headcount reduction was assigned to him for goals.
imo, you'll continue to see large layoffs through q1 and potentially into Q2, this was already accounted for in the ~$600MM severance charge the company took a hit on in Q4. 2md half of year and beyond will be minimal layoffs and people will be fired for cause instead.
