That seems to be the trend of late and if Cigna "leadership" is good at anything, it's following along with what other corporations do.
I wonder if there will be additional days added to also "encourage" workers to quit on their own?

@a4 exactly. I don’t understand who planned this strategy but man alive, they shouldn’t be in charge of this. What’s worse - thinking you might get laid off for the next 45+ days and not sleeping, OR, just finding out the day of. Both methods make you find out the day of. Only one gives the benefit of extreme anxiety for over a month.
