@a3 There is a set severance package for those below director. It's not like a negotiation is going to net you another $250K in severance. Go ahead and spend $20K spend on some ambulance chasing lawyer trying to get an additional $10K in severance.
@a2 I know people that have done the attorney route. Companies like TMO are masterful at dragging things out and making it painfully frustrating. Be sure it will be worth the time and cost associated
No, it's not. It's on Magenta Pulse, and it's built out. You can hire an attorney and go down that path before signing to see if you are owed more money, or if this was targeted at you as a protected class, or retaliation etc. That's something you'd need to talk to an attorney about before signing anything.
