@cc Hey, we are wasting talent too by treating them like sh-t and trying to break them due to our insecurity. We aren't prepared to bring in talent, we're actively harming our "American" company by creating trauma bonds. We have HR that bullies young proven prodigies that have a track record, and we treat them less than they're worth and dehumanize them for control from the very onset of their lives before they even start working here, strategically and methodologically. Turns out. We can look more deeply to confirm these things if anyone thinks otherwise. I think it's a bigger problem than people want to admit about what is going on.
I left on Nov 1 with 32.5 years. I ran out of sp-t trying to tell my ll5+ management that we were wasting time and talent on products no one was going to buy. I feel vindicated, but disappointed that Billy, Jimmy and Douggy all blow kisses without losing a nickel from their pay.

Guess what ford nation?! Jim Farley and Doug field have finally cracked the code! It wasn’t autonomous vehicles, it wasn’t EV’s, it was actually hybrids all along. How lucky are we all to have such visionaries as our leaders. Never too late to respond to market volatility but always late to change meaningful direction. Don’t worry about layoffs, don’t worry about a recession and don’t worry about fat bonuses all is in good hands with this adaptable responsible leadership!
My guess is layoffs first thing in the morning followed by townhall… just like 2022
