If you do get laid off on Tuesday, is that your last day at Target or is it going to be one of those instances where they tell you that you have 60 days? Or maybe you stay on for x amount of time to train your Target India replacements?

Done day of. An hour or so of online access after you’re let go. Your physical stuff gets mailed to you.
@a2 This sounds right. Sometimes you may get access to sites like workday too to help you organize your benefits/401k etc.
These mass ones are your login gets deactivated immediately, but you still get your severance if you sign the papers.
Done working immediately, paid until 1/3/2026.
I heard from a credible source that you should be paid 60 days as if you’re still working, but would be asked not to work or return to HQ. I heard in that instance the stuff at your desk would be shipped to your house.
