I remember the "will there be another VSP?" question at a Town Hall years ago. Think it was Paula at the time. If a C Suite can't take that as a sign they've failed, how time dead are they? And it's worse now. A lot worse.
They will never offer VSPs again. The year they offered them, some snake oil consultants told HR that if they offered the packages, only 11% would take them and that would be enough to meet their administrative cost reduction goal. Joke was on them because over 23% took the packages and then people who weren’t offered were begging for one. What does that tell you about the leadership and culture of HCSC?
@a2 last time a VSP was offered to people age 50+ who had been with the company for 20 years .
No way. Why would they operate above board and lead with business sense and compassion. All ego and arrogance.
Last time, I believe it was offered to people 50+ years old with 10+ years of service. No guarantee they will be the same, or that it will even be offered again.
