@en
haven't you figured it out yet
the country you are in doesn't want you
just out of curiosity what do you think is going to happen
when the people in power lose control because of the ridiculous amount of debt

Hiring Americans first is a good start but it won't address the rot that has taken hold within the company.

@a2 lol maga.... the White House is rolling back. You can pack.

1.) This is NOT an annual fee. It’s a one-time fee that applies only to the petition.

2.) Those who already hold H-1B visas and are currently outside of the country right now will NOT be charged $100,000 to re-enter.

H-1B visa holders can leave and re-enter the country to the same extent as they normally would; whatever ability they have to do that is not impacted by yesterday’s proclamation.

3.) This applies only to new visas, not renewals, and not current visa holders.

The United States is not a globalist corporate piggy bank.

A country exists for its culture and citizens.

The attempt to overrun America with globalist marxists is being fought. H1B has been one of those tools to destabilize.

It is time to make appropriate adjustments.

I dont think people would have had issues with H1Bs if they were diverse. Since they all come from one country and that ethnicity is now taking over all tech positions, the domestic base does not like it. This was bound to happen for a long time, I am just surprised it took this long

Indians and in general H1Bs need to start packing. If you go back for vacation you will not be allowed back in without depisiting $100k or your employer doing that. Go read the proclamation if you do not believe me. It is over in the USA if you are an H1B. Companies will never pay that for an average or below average employee.
