@c9 I turn 56 next month with 31 years. I’m retiring on 3-31, no way they’re owning me until 65

Iam on the Fence. It is the one chance to make new hires whole. but on the other hand with the increases in healthcare and the uncertainty that follows there will be very few retiring before 65. I dont have a crystal ball but the longer we wait the weaker the economy gets and the stronger the company gets. The current political environment is not on or side

@a2 doesn't pertain to you if you didn't get the email notification last week or tentative agreement+ballot today.. you might want to get back to your regularly scheduled 8hrs of staff meetings and spreadsheet edits..

Contract will be voted for 80/20 so I don’t know where the heck a work stoppage is going to occur.
