They have changed the presence report again starting February. Any insights into what they are tracking and reporting that is new. I reached out to my supervisor, but he did not have details on the changes.

@dg - last I knew she was also approaching the top of her TSR and not the midpoint like the rest of us.
My boss says he doesn’t know but suspects the changes were because of technical issues and not necessarily data related.
I’ll talk to him after Friday prayers today to learn what gave him that insight.
“ Stankey's daughter works in HR. ..”
When you really think about this, it speaks volumes about the character of the man.
With his contacts and the good old boy CEO network, he could have literally gotten her a job anywhere.
And 99.995 % of CEOs would have done just that, if for no other reason to avoid the appearance of nepotism and conflict of interests.
Not this guy.
Remember who we are dealing with here. An extreme narcissist. He does not care about appearances.
“This time they’ll get it right”
But does it work properly this time?
That report shows just how sad our HR department is.
But think about this. Stankey's daughter works in HR. Somehow, she is an AD, but "Chief of Staff for Talent Acquisition". At a company that is actively getting rid of employees and basically telling all of us we aren't worth a cr-p. What talent are we trying to acquire with falling benefits and cr-p management?
I wonder if she's getting away with coffee badging and going home to sit by the pool?
@OP it shows PTO hour separately from in-office hours now. You can get to it on the left side. There is also a change to the Supervisors view of their direct reports.
@a1 again - that’s just a kid doing power bi data visualization. Stop calling someone out like that as if they’re doing anything other than visualizing data. They’re not driving the strategy.
