Reading between the lines in the call, it sounds like we’re in for a big headcount reduction.

@ed Well, as a percentage of their wage 6-7k is only about 6-7% so they're still getting the shaft from a percentage of wage statistic.
@cp Yes I do. I finally heard (from the news) what the UAW number is, which is $6,780. Since their number is based on N.A. results and ours is Global, the GSR's number is about half, which will be about $3,400. From that number, will there be the AICP applied (80%) and then the 130%??? Or will it be 130% and management decides which ones will get 130% and which ones will get less? See the circles?
@d6 Sleazy management. I don’t think it was called out in the financials, I might be wrong, I haven’t been through the deck.
@cp allow me to clarify, he said an average of 130%; 260% for LL5+, zero for the rest, which let’s be honest, it’s only fair given he never wanted the EV investment in the first place.
What hurt the bottom line the most, recalls ?
@cn if you work at ford then you know how that 130% is applied. Do you work at ford?
I couldn't read between the lines cause he was just talking in circles. 130% of what number? Looks like we'll have to get the UAW bonus from Phoebe, or the F-150 guy at the gas station.
You mean to tell me that, contrary to what the bootlick brigade shouted, forced RTO didn't solve any of our crippling issues? I can't believe they were so confidently wrong. Completely shocked.
So what's next, take inspiration from the Beatles and haul us in "8 days a week"?
😆
Non-GAAP, just a lot of woulda, shoulda, coulda, financial engineering stuff. Can we just have a 'we su-k' or 'we didn't su-k' results?
@a1 karmas a bi--h
Farley needs to practice reading from a script. He stumbled over almost every sentence, definitely sounded nervous.
That creative phrase....Improved Operations.
And JF will be so jubilant in the townhall on wednesday like he just won’t the lottery. Always, the peons (us) are the ones who will suffer.
It doesn't sound great, 5 day RTO by Q3 and continued small cuts, with maybe a bigger one by year end.
Yeah let’s start with you
