He is notorious for making terrible hiring decisions. He cannot spot talent. It’s openly joked about among his peers - how he has the worst picker of anyone. Ever.

He is annoying. I bet he goes home and thinks how he can make workers life he-l. He never answers questions directly. Competitive salaries? That statement is a joke. Our pay range goes higher and higher each year but we only get a 2% raise? There are never salary adjustments. And they say attrition is low??? Its not because people want to stay. The job market su-ks. These calls are a side show. We broke records on profit, but we will monitor your every move. Everyone has monotoring software on their computers. "Colleagues"....lol. That term makes me sick now.

Everyone make sure you are AGGRESSIVE with your goals! That way we can have an easier time rating you a "needs improvement" on your next performance evaluation, and give you no merit and reduce your bonus!

@ba Good! Same goes for Gunjan too. She looks much much older and spent out than her picture in the employee directory. Dilip just looks like a step away from a corpse at this point. Rest of the MC are a bunch of wanna be gangster losers anyway. Glad the stress is eating them away.

EC was well prepared today, deliberately did not answer any questions, just spewed the MC's talking points around compensation (or lack thereof), employees and their concerns do not matter to this CEO, we hear you but we do not care, now that is a mutual understanding, we know where we stand, we know it is a competitive environment, if USB can't compete, it's not the employees fault
