Anything going to happen to Metro?

They should cut the directors who don't really do anything anyway. They just sit in the office or drive around with their friends. Is there weaker leadership anywhere in this company or anywhere else, no. Leadership literally falls asleep during calls and will say anything to drive numbers.

Several Sr. Manager areas will be consolidated.
RDMs will end up with 20-25 doors each.

If RDM are impacted then im sure Sr. Manager will be as well. My guess is there will be fewer of each. AM I wouldn't assume any different.

Next week for metro. This was confirmed today.
@a5 RDM's were told that the only people affected are RDM's with 13 or less stores. Did I miss something in another call?

Impossible with the store spread, areas would become logistically too large.
@a1 hmmm, that number sounds very high, that would mean 40% will be gone
Sounds like RDMs will be expanded to 25+ stores and some cuts.
