That's pretty rich given they've kicked so many of deep experience employees to the curb since Hackett decided you didn't need any automotive experience to design and build vehicles. Fast forward, quality is in the tank and NOW they are seeking experience.

We cut costs and quality to save money, now peen hurts because it breaks when we touch.
Its like watching someone bang thier foot with a hammer and complain how much it hurts.
Outsource more American engineers to Mexico or India. Go ahead. Watch the free market punish you with a private equity purchase or a Chinese buyout.
Hackett? LMAO. It did prove rather difficult to control an F150 with swivel casters instead of tires. Is that where Ford came up with the term 5th wheel?

they rely on the real engineers to fix everything and then when it's fixed (for now) they say "we dont want to play with you anymore, you are just a cost to be eliminated." no thanks MBAs. pound sand. trick somebody else.
I can't even imagine how much they'd need to pay me to come back at this point, especially back to a Quality position. Would be pure comedy -- if it wasn't actually pointless.
I know of 3 retirees brought back to work on quality. Those old pensioners. Fartley called them useless to the new Ford BEV plan.
Ford does not have engineers. Ford does have a lot of Excel Spreadsheet and PPT employees ready to present.
