Be careful with this organization. Bob mauch sits on LinkedIn all day liking posts. He has destroyed this company.
Something is wrong. Too many position eliminations and attempts at replacement of leadership roles.
@f7x they’re actively hiring 2 position for Smartsource pricing so probably not.
@je what other businesses were mentioned in that call? Do you think that they will sell Smartsource?
They are selling businesses at least that was my understand in the last minute call that was held right after the earnings call. They didnt specially say sell but said that those businesses would do well "outside" of cencora. They mentioned like 4 of them including MWI animal services and then reassured us that our business was not included on the list. I agree with you he was very shaken during that speech but I dont blame him. It never feels good to deliver bad news. Usually when businesses get sold, even when the employees get sold there are layoffs coming after.

Tldr: They are going to start shedding businesses they don't want anymore. With how nervous he looked, you really have to wonder if that's the only thing.
