Man if anyone thought the results were bad this year wait until next year! Chances of any of us getting a bonus this year, highly unlikely.

@a1 I haven't felt safe to answer in months. The last survey asked if you would take a different job for the same pay and benefits. Then surprise, layoffs.
Not sure if you are being hyperbolic or not, but bonuses at least have a floor payout, so if year end results are bad we at least get 50% of our at goal bonus.
Nah the people who stay will be so grateful and shook that they’ll feel too unsafe to answer honestly. I hope im wrong.
