I am getting so sick of my Teams calls, meetings, and emails getting hijacked by team mates not in Dallas and literally talking so much that no one else has a chance. You guys aren’t the only ones who are working. We have to give our updates too and talk about our projects. It’s our company too. And this ridiculous RTO they are punishing us for in Dallas is because yall are actively annoying and hard to get rid off.

Wow. If you’re that bent about it then why don’t you GTFO?’ I mean, your argument, works both ways. And by the way, I am speaking as someone who did decide to leave, who was fortunate to find another option, but until that’s a reality for the vast majority of employees who were F—-ED OVER this is the reality you have to deal with. And trust me it pales in comparison.
" Another short sighted decision made by the id1ot in charge.
I am one of those that decided to stay until I’m Medicare eligible thanks to stankey."
Yep, I decided to remain additional years at T due to medical benefits.
@a9 Level 7 Here.
I agree with you. You are so smart and let's see if you will get layoff soon.
@a9 get a life dude.
What is wrong you ?
@a9 Get a pet.
@a9 Why do you care?
Are you a retirement planner?
@aj
Aww thin skinned you are. Maybe look up the word 'arrogant'. Start there. Autism, and other similar disorders should never be used to frame people as the 'r' word.
The sheer audacity of someone getting their tiny feelings hurt when they're called out for inappropriate insensitivity is despicable and disgraceful.
I hope your coffee creamer comes out in chunks tomorrow morning!
@a9 huh? No kidding? AT&T can fire us at will?
Wow you’re some kind of genius!
@ah I think you’re the fool with thin skin.
What possessed you to write the following :
The name calling started with You
“ ATT has severed ties with thousands of former employees in their 40s-55+. This group of arrogant techs will see how it works shortly!
You guys are funny!”
@ac
Perhaps see a dermatologist for that thin skin condition.
I stand by what I said, you have no control over when ATT decides to dismiss you whether it's 3 months from Medicare eligibility or 10 years.
Oh and just as an FYI, people with autism, learning or physical disabilities really find it offensive when low intelligent people like yourself use insulting terms like the 'r' word.
Do better, it's in you somewhere.
@a9 obviously you lack comprehension skills.
People have and will stay longer than planned because of stankey’s shortsighted decision making.
No where did I say that people would be successful at staying longer.
Let me repeat that for you, you re--rd:
No where did I say that people would be successful at staying longer
However, he caused people to stay longer , be it two days or ten years.
Do you people actually believe you can decide how long you will stay with the company 'to collect Medicare'!? ATT can toss your a$$es out anytime they decide. Here's what you'll be left with: a little severance pay and a few months of Cobra healthcare. After Cobra maybe ACA, oops, that's going away soon.

Stankey has turned us all against each other. It’s a dog eat dog world out here. I was driving through the Downtown Dallas parking garage and a T employee cut me off while driving. It’s every man and women out for themselves. Survival of the fittest.

@a1 🚙 don’t be a Yugo. Be a Porsche
Wonder how much in salaries, bonus payouts, pension credits Stank's shortsighted getting rid of pre-Medicare retiree medical is costing the company. So many that would have retired at age 55-60 now plan to stay until 65-70 due to needing medical. He didn’t see that coming.
