@a1 Fear not, you probably will be soon....
@k4 same as before it was 4 days, anytime youβre OOO, vacation, sick, working from anywhere, working from home due to illness, weather etc. should reduce your in office days for the month.
80% of your worked days need to be in the office. That's my understanding.
Not sure on weekends. They counted for Agile Flex before.
We need to be complaining more and bombarding HR with tickets to explain policy clearly.
@k4+
Simple math. A normal 4 week period would have 20 working days, you need to be in office 80% of those meaning 16 days. If you take 1 vacation day they your working days would equal 19. 80% of that is 15.2 meaning 15 days over the 4 week period. So far they've always rounded down, not up.
Side note, amazing how many "bankers" we have here that have no concept of basic math skills.
No one is giving a clear answer
In Agile Flex, if one visits office on Saturday or Sunday it was counted towards RTO. Most of our team's work is during weekend, gets performed from home. If working from office is counted, then it is an easy commute and preferable to.
But Saturday/Sunday working from office is not counted towards the 4-day quota, it seems. There is no clear guidance from HR reps too.
Anyone has better information?
How does a vacation day during the week affect your 4 in-office days?
Hoping for exemption being someone who as to work on weekends.
@a1 say less, 7 days a week and you dont have to pay rent
@ay what's your comit id? xoxo Robin
I am taking 15 minute breaks every hour. Which means the 4 days becomes 3 with me wasting 1 day onsite playing with my phone and cruising the floors and cafeteria. After all, peakon does recommend taking breaks and being kind to ourselves.
I want to go 6 days a week!
