Yes! If they would offer VSP with the 71 day paid leave I imagine a lot would take it.
Same here… even after cascade 2 we will spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to work, how to partner. The boatload of work with low morale is not the place I need to me.

@am let me guess, you wrote this from your Cognizant desk in india where day after day you people wreck one thing after another. Every US worker laid off takes 2-2.5 indian contractors to do the job. Even working 10 hour days you guys still dont get it done and you do it wrong...yet, DC and PP you are what will double AUM by 2030. Clown world intensfies

Ed Jones is a great guy. The firm now is not what it was. Same for many traditional investment companies. They are moving operations oberseas where the competition has been moving. Cutting cost and efficiency with current American sentiment about wanting to avoid office hours and stay home years after covid. 90% of people returned for duty. You are all replaceable and being replaced!
@a3 Great question but it was due to personal reasons.
@a1 I have been here 30 years as well and I took the VSP. Just curious why you held out for the ISP when you (we) are already above the 50 week severance cap? That was the deciding factor for me. 🤷🏻♀️
