Yes, get ready this one will be bigger than Q3 of last year. Lists and suggested areas of operational efficiencies have been reviewed and our plan forward has been locked in for 6/26. Sorry to those being impacted. It’s not personal it’s just business.

Spiteful leadership started early. Can’t let anyone on this site disclose their secrets. I suspect the will continue to move dates based on what gets posted here. God forbid people get the option of having a heads up so when they see the rif meeting pop up on their calendar, they can be a little more prepared. Nope this company lives blindsiding people. I swear they get an ego boost from this. Or love the power trip. They should just do what UHC did and let people volunteer. It would be more humane. It’s not like they are making good choices about who get riffed.

From the looks of it, they started early. I’ve heard several people say they were let go today.

@hn I’m sorry that happened to you. It’s funny how your co-workers treat you like a leper once you are riffed. I was lucky and did not have to work the 30 days until Sub pay but one of my coworkers did have to work for the next 30 days and said it was awful how everyone treated her. I just think it’s is cruel. This company su-ks for sure. Your manager pretty much has to lie to you or risk being let go themselves. If a manager here had integrity, they lose it real quick after working here. Integrity is not a value here even though they try and say it is.

Manager started taking lots of vaca time. The volume of work noticeably decreased. Then I got an email from my manager that I needed to update my profile info- current address, phone, etc. Said after a decade they didn't have my personal email?

At the same time I noticed the number of people allowed off per day in our department went from three people to two on May 1, which meant the size of our department would be shrinking as only a percentage of the dept. staff could be off the clock at the same time.

I sent my manager and email and ask if there was something I should know. My manger did not respond for two days and had never taken that long to respond to any emails. There was a different tone in her response, "not that I know of, lol".

Over the next couple of days there was barely enough work to keep the whole department busy. Then, a couple of days later, I got an email that I had a meeting with HR later that day.

One by one I watched my teammate's messenger lights go red (in a meeting) and within 10-20 minutes their messenger lights went blank. No "away" or "busy", but OFFLINE, signed out, gone. I texted a couple of my coworkers and asked them if they were seeing what I was seeing. They hadn't they said, but they were paying attention now.

I still don't know who all was RIF'd in our department. I don't know if my manager was just a straight up liar or if they were RIF'd to0 or even knew what was coming. The handful of teammates I was in touch with right after the fact, well, they got the info from me they wanted and then ghosted me.

HR said it had nothing to do with my performance; nothing personal. But you know, I take it pretty personal that I was strung along and most likely lied to and then blown off by people I have worked with for a decade.

@an they have to give you 30 days but they lock you out of the VPN immediately. for example, I was notified of the rif 5/1/25 and my termination date was 5/30/25, so I was paid as if I was still working through the month of May, then sub pay kicks in.

@b0 actually the Layoff has always been accurate. I believe it is leadership or possibly HR posting confidentially so employees can be forewarned. And @b0, I was rif'd and I am awesome.

Post ID: @b0+1jxfmfcxf good and bad employees have been RIF'd. Your turn may be coming in the next round. Managers protected their friends and RIF'd good people. This is why this company has been a huge failure. Our competitors are so much better than us in every way. And that isn't saying much. Stop posting on this board and go out and join a company where you can learn. This place is a joke.

This post is creating fear. I think past employees come on here to create fear because they were RIFFED and for good reason.

@ah what does that mean? I believe they have to give 30 days in lieu of notice. Are you saying the day you get riffd you are no longer on the payroll ? 30 days notice doesn’t mean you have to actually work for 30 days, but most are given a termination date out 30 days or close to before sub pay kicks in.

I believe something is going to happen soon. My manager sent out a spreadsheet this morning (6/5) asking our team to fill out and return info by tomorrow. They wanted project info- PM, share point links, contacts, and detailed status updates.
