He was a blowhard and a bully. I wonder where he’ll end up? Who cares. He su-ked.
New guy is 31 years old and speaks eloquently. But, he does not have the business leadership experience to turn the business around. Seems like the company is just throwing stuff at the wall hoping something sticks

He hitched his wagon to the failed leadership of Ed Zoiss.
My guess is he was fighting for the 10k bonus for certain folks and that it is gettimg cut with the new requirements. Also think he hated the sick combined with vacation 160 hour max they implemented.
@OP maybe someone younger will do much better
