AI and offshore to Costa Rica is the future state for lower level workers. C13 and below. That move will also impact C14 and C15 levels over time.

FCFPA Its ran by inept leadership.. no suprise there. They should be first to go not the workers
AML, KYC, ,FinCrimes, Compliance and HR are low hanging fruit for AI solutions so yes. We can only risk poor decision making on 1that nonsense not the real money work. Soon enough.
