Layoffs are inevitable- but does anyone know for sure if financial crimes will be affected this month for layoffs?

AI and offshore to Costa Rica is the future state for lower level workers. C13 and below. That move will also impact C14 and C15 levels over time.

AML, KYC, ,FinCrimes, Compliance and HR are low hanging fruit for AI solutions so yes. We can only risk poor decision making on 1that nonsense not the real money work. Soon enough.

Department or activity?

Activity, we’ll probably see the financial crimes rise as the oversight diminishes.

Department, yes there will be blood.
