As an ex Ambetter UM who recently got the RIF treatment, I can tell you no one here really cares about anyone except themselves. CenTEAM is just an internal marketing tool to keep the grunts going. I thought I had made some real lifetime friends here. But after I was given my notice, my “CenTEAM” treated me like I had the plague. I hope everyone who actually cares makes it out as soon as they can

Can someone give me an idea of how they figure out who gets laid off? Does it go by seniority on your team? Is it based on metrics and productivity? Any insight?

@OP It’s amazing how quickly my team’s cohesiveness deteriorated after the recent RIFs and increased productivity requirements. It’s like we are all playing Survivor now.

This is the most unorganized , incompetent company I’ve ever worked for. The mental health stress that they give you every day is toxic. Nobody should have to work under these conditions. I’m praying to be laid off.
Currently doing UM with centene… my whole team isn’t meeting metrics with the new changes. We’re all nervous at this point. I’ve been applying like crazy trying to get out
@OP In my opinion, it seems things shifted after Covid and WFH became the norm. Teams became isolated and individual survival became the norm.
