How can you mess up a company so badly and never answer for any of it? Are we in a TV show and they have plot armor? What is it that's keeping them untouchable despite so many failures?

Keep up the pressure on him. We have him on the run.
The biggest problem is that most of the activist investor type groups just no longer own any AT&T stock. Shareholder lawsuits from activist investors with lots of shares are the only thing that can make any changes. The entire leadership team and board are all content just giving themselves bonuses and trying to borrow money to buy back stock often enough to keep the pension funds from selling. Scavengers feeding on a carca55.
There is NEVER accountability from “dark triaders”…until judgement day.
@OP Who is Johnny blaming the ATT stock price now ???
As it’s never his fault.
And why is the markets hitting everyday highs in the TECH sector. Maybe d-mb a&& should look in a mirror and re-think possible. Why he became chairman of the board on top of CEO. Why? What has he done to make this company better? He doesn’t like surveys either The truth hurts. Go retire back to Cali!!
@a3 Yep, corporate boards are now just pay opportunities for the "old boys network" -- each of them serving on each others board for easy pay. Occasionally, you get a token member that fills a spot just so the board can say they are serious about an issue and have assigned a person to the board to address/assist in that area.
Greed, Ego and Power!
The 1% club has grown into a network of board members. Regurgitating wealth over and over along the way. Heck, they do not even hide it anymore! The rest of the world serfs are too drunk on technology to pay attention long enough! There is a reason we called DSL the "heroine" of its time...
