He has no clue how to run Fiserv. Dhivya has too much power and is useless. Takis is out and about and never acknowledges he works for Mike. He is plotting to take over. Mike is losing power every day, he is doomed as much as the path he has Fiserv on!

This whole company is a sh-t show. I have worked at many companies where people complain and make comments about how they hate their company and job. But, I have NEVER seen anything like this. Rightfully so because you just come into work everyday wondering if you will still have a job. There is no direction. They change their minds like the wind.

Dhivya will fall hard because of the people she has brought in. Some are just terrible. The woman she brought in from PayPal is a joke to be at that level.
Dhivya will 100% take him down. She is investing improperly and bringing in wrong people. The CPO as example ran a $40m unprofitable cr-p for 18 months and is qualified to run a $10b product org. Losers! She has zero respect for institutional knowledge

@OP He trusts in D too much and she will be the reason for him being only one time CEO. Seems she is investing $1B in AI and Cloud and doesn’t need his approval …go figure
