If we kept focused on safety there is no way we would have bought Pioneer. Its all about the Benjamins baby!

oh may be they are more focused on mental health and safety! With new HR rules. EM does lay offs each year just doesn't announce it
lol! So true! The old CFO (KM) slashed a lot of those practices and took on more risk. EM has turned into a more risky environment. No one cares anymore. Anyone who questions this, I suggest you go 35 mph on the ring road, drive across the parking garage, drive into the garage through an exit lane. Nothing will happen.
