IT programmers makes tons of errors. So slow. Technical glitches. Poor processes. Overbilling. The overall total value su-cks. For those who are insiders, why is it so bad and what am I missing ?

@sh our company has lost so much business over FIS mistakes and glitches. So many seemingly internal control issues. What am I missing ?

This is so true. I was working at FIS for 3 years, and I can confirm that it is an abomination of a software. I was amazed how they even found any clients for it.

@e4 OR if you Google, FIS lay offs, that will also bring you here. It ain't hard to find this spot. FIS has earned its reputation among its employees. They treat people very badly. They can be counted on to choose to execute (pun intended) in a way that is the most harmful. None of that needs to happen; it is devastating when it does.
@bv If they happen to know "the Layoff" it may surprise you that all the companies listed on here are public. Just search "The Layoff" and (company name) and bo-m. Link. Or be a company that's tangential to this one (like mine) and FIS just shows up under related companies. A great way to scope out a company before you try and apply to it btw.
Liar. I bet all of your fellow employees don't like you. How would you even know the FIS Layoff link if you were not an insider troll.
