Thoughts on the incoming CPO? I’m reeling after our last one & I’m very nervous that it’s going to just continue to be a disaster.

The damage has been done. They drive the best people out before they had gotten rid of the two that they should have a long time ago. The HRBP roles need to be reevaluated because they are not true HRBP like it would be at normal companies. They are gatekeepers. I hope they look at all the roles in the department and make sure they are aligned with what people actually do. There is no way the HRBP should be making close to $200K annually to gate-keep.
