Despite massive corporate fines, individual hiring managers are rarely held publicly accountable by the bank, as discriminatory decisions often happen at the managerial level or through insular referral networks (homophily) rather than on the formal hiring table.
There's no such thing as desirable employees in the minds of HY. They want us all gone, including I&P.
@OP $110Million to Deep Pockets WF is akin to $110Dollars to everyone posting on this Layoff site! WF will continue on the path to all-out layoffs and very selective hiring of more desirable employees and simply happily agree to settle any and all Class Action lawsuits where the only winners will be the attorneys!

Since its almost 100% Indian i assume the discrimination was based on Caste.
