Are going to be treated as voluntary quitting. Resignation, without severance.
New rule effective July 1st.
Management perception is some employees are gaming the severance system. managers are not pushing deadwood out the door fast enough.

It's the mother of all pot/kettle situations for a bunch of rich A holes that literally create fake hubs for themselves for their own personal financial/tax benefits, or just because it's where they want to live, to now talk about 'the little people' gaming the system. They can F right off. These HY clowns are a complete joke, incompetent, and have no sense of self awareness, clearly.
I don't understand what kind of person posting junk like that
@az yes.
@OP "Gaming the severance system"
Dude or Dudess: You obviously need help.
Can't tell if OP is massively trolling or they are naive enough to believe this
On what legal ground that an employee disclose his or her willingness and desire to be laid off can be construed as voluntary resignation? Resignation requires verbal or written notice or failing to show up to work.
This ranks in the top 5 of d-mbest posts I’ve seen on this site.
Every time I tell my manager I’m close to retirement in case he needs a number he says I shouldn’t say that with layoffs happening. It’s like he’s not getting what I’m trying to lay down
Troll 🤦♀️
@a7 this is the place for them.
Another pointless thread
Well if they frequent this site they may think that. Seems everyone here has already proudly quiet quit and are expecting a nice hefty severance package on their way out.
