Our local HR does not even show contacts on ladies working there. You have to dig through teams. And when you ask something important, there is either no response or it takes at least 5-6 hours to see some reply.

But RED is the part that should be eliminated ASAP. It is one of worst AI assistants I ever met.

Do we work at the same company? Shared Services functions are horrible. Go for HR since they’re pretty useless already.

And Shared Services in a global center hint hint .. it is another synonim for India...

Nobody wants any shared services. The very definition means “less service for you”

Name one that does anything good for us?
Procurement (disaster)
Parts libraries (IP theft. IYKYK)
IT ( OMG , tickets close when they call at midnight?)
Payroll — really? Guess you got paid last month, not everyone did

The rule should be — if you can’t ask for help in person there is a problem.
