When dealing with highly sensitive data—especially for government, enterprise, or critical infrastructure—outsourcing to regions without strong, enforceable accountability frameworks can introduce significant security and compliance risks. VZ India is a dangerous concept.

As someone within the VZ Engineering (GN&T) - this seems risky but wouldn't surprise me at this point. Where it gets serious will hinge on CUSTOMER DATA. Won't be long before customer data is stolen. Not long at all!
