What’s the point? Thousands of us are quiet quitting as I type.

I am not wasting my time with that nonsense anymore. In my 7 years here I have seen zero changes.

Benefits are expensive and have too many penalties, company doesn't seem to support alternative work arrangements (flexible schedules such as working a 4 day work week), there are some folks in the company that are making extremely low salaries and management isn't doing anything about it, upper management doesn't seem in-touch with what matters to employees, Executives should change the "We Care" slogan to "We Care, About Ourselves". I probably won't take the survey though.

H1B needs to go. I’ve stated my legitimate reasons on every survey for 20 year. They hire more and more. They don’t listen . Indian FTEs (men) in IT are very hard to work with.

I agree on not taking the survey! This sends the strongest message up and beyond any responses. They are trying to coerce my team members to take it. In my 20+ years I have never seen it do any good other than provide the company with bragging rights to what a good place they are to work for while they continue to cut our benefits. If they receive a poor score on a question, they remove it or Wordsmith the question to get more favorable answers.

@bx , your manners are awful but the idea you offer superb. The company gets off on touting its high percentage of respondents. If everyone failed to participate, that’s the strongest message of all that no one is buying into the BS anymore. It is nonsense because I don’t know of a single time that the new survey led with clear information about what had been done with the insights gained from previous surveys.

My manager will never see our comments cuz we have less than 10 ppl on team so the survey means nothing pretty much

The question is where do you begin? No hours, lack of appropriate staffing, zero work/life balance, low wages, horrible raises, unrealistic expectations, too much emphasis on metrics, unsafe working conditions, and the list goes on. But like the previous poster said nothing is going to change, because to CVS none of these things are issues.
